Which is better for Costuming Auto CAD or Vectorworks? I'm a costumer that has to take an Auto Cad/ Vector works class in the near future and I'm only allowed to use one. They both are the latest Model and Vector is Spotlight. They both seem equally appealing but I'm mostly a pencil to paper kind of girl. So I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on which was better. I recommend Vector Works. It allows you to play with lighting which will help you in color choices for costumes and relate to and communicate with your lighting designer.
