Earlier this year, Fighter Magazine independently tested 20 different types of boxing gloves available in the Scandinavian market with major brands such as Fairtex, Top Ten, Twins, MTG Pro, Casall, Fighter Pro, Super Pro, KVIB, Skip Sport, Abilca and Fighter Sport.

To find out which brand of gloves are the best of all, Fighter Magazine had the gloves under gone a six months intensive testing and usage by real athletes in boxing, muaythai and kickboxing gyms to see which is the best of all.
The result is in. Finally the big boxing gloves test is done. Fighter Magazine got most disappointed that several of the expensive gloves didn’t live up to the expectations. It was always the velcro that failed the test. If that had worked to satisfaction after one term of being used, a lot of the gloves would have been very good and Fighter Magazine would have been recommending them for you to buy. Are twins boxing gloves good for kickboxing? I'll say I wasn't aware of a brand called "Twins" when I boxed and did some full-contact karate years ago. I always used Ringside and Everlast.
If you're really into doing kickboxing -- or fighting arts of any type -- I can refer you to the sole company I used decades ago. Ringside Products. I note they're online these days. Unlike in my era. They have everything for the sport, and it's top-notch equipment and a first-class company.
The prices are more than competitive. In recent years, I noticed, Ringside starting carrying even competing brands. Apparently, there came a time when Ringside became so prominent that its competitors subscribed to the age-old idiom: "If you can't beat them, join them." Looks they they did.
Ringside has one heck of a lot of professional training and competition gloves. I've even noted those MMA-type gloves for that sports I've heard of that emerged in recent times. And there's a lot of hand wraps available, which is a needed part of any striking bag workout. I preferred the slightly elastic versions (often called Mexican-style).
Best money you'll ever spend on training equipment. At least, it was that way with me. The Ringside brand is very solid and reliable. Such may suit what you're looking for. As stated, there's also other brands of gloves from various vendors.
