No, there aren't any. They do use too much power. You won't find HID or incandescent shake-lights because the shaking just doesn't create enough energy to light up a hot-bulb like an HID or incandescent. LEDs use much less energy.
An HID bulb uses around 20 Watts, while the LED would probably need less than 1 Watt.

But the more power the device needs, the longer you're going to have to shake the charger for a given runtime. I'm not sure how much power output a person can produce with one arm shaking a charger like this, but it's probably close to 5 watts maximum.

It works for flashlights because the generator part is about the size and shape and weight of a pair of D cells and we are long used to flash lights with that size, shape, and weight - and modern LED flashlights need very little power. Given the small size of phones, handheld games, etc., it's not really a practical addition.
The same principle btw is used in some exercise bikes. The pedals turn the shaft of a generator, and this powers the bike's display and control panel. That's why the directions tell you to get on and start pedaling before you can set your program. By increasing the electrical load on the generator (they just switch in some large power resistors) the bike makes it harder to turn the pedals, thus simulating going up hill, etc., without mechanical brakes.
