Superior Cadet Award? I was just awarded the superior cadet award, but I have a quick question that slipped my mind when speaking with my instructors afterwards. There is a little pin that came in the case in between the ribbon and the medal, and it basically looks just like the ribbon, however, it is a pin. I was told by a fellow awardee (from last year) it was like the oak clusters and the lamps, where you pin it inside the actual ribbon. I cannot, however, find a way to unfasten the back of the device ( it looks like a push pin) and I would love to know how to unfasten it, and what it's purpose is. Apparently not, but I guess people who've only been in for five or six years aren't as disciplined or mature as the Army claims them to be. I'm sixteen. It's JROTC. oh yeah, and when you go insulting officers on their intelligence, make sure to be grammatically correct, douche. I was in JROTC and was awarded the superior cadet medal, and I didn't put that in my ribbon like a lamp, or do I know anyone who earned that award to do that. Your best bet would be to ask your instructors the next time you see them, but from my experience what you were told is wrong(of course my info could be out dated that was in 2005).

I need help decorating a college dorm room with limited resources and money.? I am looking to decorate my college dorm room in the fall with a classic, mature look. I am only allowed to cover 30% of the walls, am not allow to hang with anything other than a push pins and tape.No candles and/or plastic lamps are allowed. Obviously, my room mate and I are on those classic, tight college student budgets. What can we do?

It was an active anger which crept through me like a dark shadow, threatening to spill at any moment. I got out of bed and still in my boxers without a shirt, swept open my door and ran up the stairs, taking them two at a time. It was early so the house was sleeping and I pulled open Chavonne’s bedroom door, storming in. Chavonne sat up in bed and opened her eyes blearily in my direction. “Byron, what are you doing?” I didn’t answer; instead I went straight for her dresser and in one swiping motion pushed her makeup and valuables from the surface, letting them crash to the ground. “What the hell?” she screamed jumping out of bed. I grabbed her mirror and threw it against the wall, watching the shattered glass cascade in a glittering mess. “How does it feel now?” I yelled. Chavonne grabbed me from behind and tried to push me out of her room but I threw her aside with an angered growl. My teeth were clenched furiously as I wrenched her drawers out and I yelled abuse across at her, throwing clothes from corner to corner. Chavonne was cowering against a wall screaming for help and pleading for me to stop. I heard movement outside so I ran to her bed and ripped away the blankets and sheets, beating the pillows upon the ground wanting to cause as much destruction as possible. Diego appeared in the doorway and I threw her lamp in his direction. He pulled away, letting it hurtle into the hallway to smash against the opposite wall and his face livid with anger. “What are you doing Byron?” he bellowed but I jumped across the bed to where Chavonne was standing. Singer is just as good if you purchase a model that has the same features as you listed for the other brands.
None of the new brands will have the same "feel" as a Singer that was built pre 1970.

alternator problem help please.? boat engine diesel, new alternater, three pin output, large terminal direct to battery, exciter wire to lamp, where if any does a wire go from lamp, ps starter system is a push button one and not an ignition key on a seperate circuit, new 800 cranking amp battery , new alternater all wires sound, it apears to me there should be a wire running from the other side of the exciter light but to where q . cheers. The other side of the lamp goes to switched battery voltage; whatever is live when the main switch is on.
A brief tour of the alternator operation...
The alternator has an internal voltage regulator - that's why the lamp is connected the way it is. (Most cars from the '80s and '90s are the same way.) When you apply power to the lamp, current flows through the bulb and into the voltage regulator input, and from there the regulator sends it through the brushes to the field winding. The current lights the charge warning lamp. When the engine fires up and turns the alternator, it starts generating output. The voltage regulator is internally connected to the alternator output and uses some of the output for the field current, which it adjusts to regulate the voltage. That also means it no longer uses the current supplied through the warning lamp, which then goes out.
When you start the engine, be sure the warning lamp comes on when the main switch is on and before the engine is cranked. If the brushes wear out there will never be a warning from the lamp because the circuit is broken, but it will fail to light before the engine starts.

Where can I get a non-cool beam MR16 lamp for my kitchen downlights? Hi, I have downlights in my kitchen and the casing says not to use cool beam (dichroic) bulbs. However, I can't find any non-dichroic bulbs for sale. In fact, it seems that bulbs with the two pin push-in fittings are referred to as dichroic.
