No Photography in Shops...? Have you ever been stopped by retail assistants when you try to take pictures of the shop/item/you/whatever in the shop? Here in Singapore, I've been stopped a number of times when i tried to take a picture of an item in the shops. But what is the rationale? Recently, when i was in japan, nobody attempted to stop me when i took many many pictures of the shop's items. (I was too fascinated by the items and the shop itself that even though i couldn't buy all the items back, i could at least bring these memories back home.. so i decided to take some photographs~) In fact, the shop assistants were not or did not look offended at all (or at least they didn't say they were)~ Why, then, do retailers in singapore have to stop me taking photos in their shops? I am not trying to copy their ideas or whatever.. in fact, it's a free promotion right? What says you? Then, how about other countries? People have the right not to have their photos taken.
It is common for rival companies to hired bloggers to taken photos and slander the shops in the internet.
It is difficult for shops to fight against bloggers if they don't have money to hire good lawyers.

Adobe Photo shop/ Illustrator? Which software is easier to use ? And where can i find such courses in Singapore ?? I use both. I have been using Photoshop for about 6 years and I love it. I just learned Illustrator about 6 months ago and I like it also, but for different uses. If you want true vector images that can be resized without loss of quality, Illustrator is best. I can't say which is easier though, because once you learn one, the other is fairly easy to learn since they are made by the same company. I'm not sure about any Singapore courses, but there are ooooodles of free tutorials online for both. I am self-taught. I never picked up a book, I learned from tutorials and hands-on trial and error. But do note that the stuff they sell are pirated goods, 'cos they don't have sm entertainment logo behind.
