my disk drive wont light up, eject, or even read as if its not functioning help!? my disk drive shows no sign of power, led light is not powering up too. I am afraid to try some of the solutions I've found online since they aren't exactly my condition see when i click My Computer It still displays both my C: and D: drives and I can still eject the drive however whenever I pop a cd in it wont play it and would only this play a dialogue box that say insert disc. I've tried all sorts of cd and dvds but it just wont work. Is it the hardware? Is it just a matter of purchasing a disk drive cleaner? please please educate me with your possible solutions it would be greatly appreciated thanks btw I am using a windows Vista with my Satellite A355-S6925 Thankyou guys :)

Wii - Blue LED Light Flashing? Help! The blue LED light that surrounds the disc slot on my Wii has been slowly pulsating. This started Friday night after I downloaded the "Nintendo Channel" and a Wii update. Is anything wrong? Usually the pulsating LED means you have a message.

Try resetting CMOS. With PC unplugged, reset using the CMOS jumper pin switch on motherboard OR simply by removing CMOS battery on motherboard for at least 30 sec. Then power ON PC. Press Del or F1 to open BIOS menu. Load fail-safe defaults, save and exit. PC should start normally.

The disk LED light is on most of the time? Even when I just turn on the computer, the Disk LED light is on with some zzz noise. Is there any problem with that? My laptop is TOshiba T130/02F If you leave your computer on for 2 or 3 hours and the disk L.E.D. remains constantly on, then you could have spyware or a virus. Before assuming this, however, check to see if your computer is running any scheduled tasks which would cause it to be reading your hard drive. An antivirus scan could cause this to happen.

my pc monitor says there's no signal when i turn on the pc. hard disk led(red light) doesn't blink. ? when i turn the pc on , my hard disk led does not blink at startup. there is no signal on my monitor but when i tried using my monitor on my laptop as secondary monitor, it works. could the problem be with the motherboard? or graphic card? please help.
