This question actually depends on the amount of hairs between your hairline and your eyebrows. If it is quite many, then you could do for laser hair removal first. If after the laser hair removal treatment, there are still small hairs that you deemed needed to be removed, then you could have electrolysis later. But for me, I would suggest laser hair treatment, not electrolysis. The level of pain or discomfort you will feel is much more extensive for electrolysis. It also takes longer time for electrolysis since they need to treat the hairs one by one. Whereas laser hair removal is very effective for larger areas and it will only take 20-30 minutes generally compared to hours of hours of treatment. So I would definitely vote for electrolysis.

The simple answer, is yes, your vision can get worse after Lasik. This is why it is a good idea to ensure that you have stopped growing, or more so that your eyes have stopped growing before you have the surgery. In the US, the FDA regulates Lasik to patients over the age of 18. Wait till your vision has stabilized for at least 2 years before getting the surgery.
as for your question on if wearing glasses causes your vision to worsen, there is no clear cut answer. many will argue yes, while other will argue no. Glasses do not do anything to change the shape of your eye, but some would argue that staring at things too closely with glasses on can cause your vision to worsen.
