is their a way to make a laptop ripcord rechargeable? Any way is welcome, DIY, hacks, real products, ect... I was inspired with this idea by a flashlight that is ripcord rechargeable, and this idea came to me in a dream, after seeing the olpc concept. And after putting 2 and 2 together I foresaw a word where laptops of all kinds can have truly unlimited mobility no mater the battery type. But I haven’t seen anyone make this for computers yet. Can this be applied to laptops at all? Also if anyone invents it himself or herself, please mention me if you want because I’m just an ideas guy, not very good with the nuts and bolts part yet unfortunately... ;) it dosent have to be ripcord powered, it just sounded like the most efishent idea at the time, any way is exseptible, (i.e. crank). Running an LED flashlight only takes about 20mA, whereas a laptop takes upwards of 15-20 Amps. As you can see the current draw is too extreme to have a "ripcord" charger power it for any longer than a split second. So, no, it is not feasible to do so.

Pour honey on their floor (As long as it can be removed easily.) Put sugar on their pillows. Put the flower in the middle of their room on the floor. Starbursts in their beds. Toothpaste on their sink. Don't use the shaver.
