Once you put the pen drive into the computer, it would render the laser pointer and the LED useless (I suppose that you could pick up the computer and use the laser pointer).
As for the "refills", did you mean batteries? This would make the pen drive big and bulky, which is something that most people want to avoid when they buy a portable storage device.
In short, that sort of thing would be impractical and useless.

Is there a flashlight/pen that shines where you are writing? I have a pen with a flashlight on the other end but that can't really help you to write in the dark. Any pens that have a light shining for you where you're writing? Yes ther is at target its for 5$ or something. And thay are at staples and office depot.

will peeking into the nesting box cause the parents to harm their baby parakeets? sometimes i look in there with a small pen flashlight to see how the babies are doing, i dont want to scare the parants though, is this ok to do? the parent parakeets aren't tame. No, they won't harm their babies if you do this. Try to peek in at a time when the mother is out though. If you want the babies to be tame, you can hold them once they are about 5-7 days old (when they have started feathers covering their bodies). Good luck!

I have a flashlight that looks like a pen in my pocket? Most of the time, when i reach in my pocket for a pen, i get my flashlight. If reach in my pocket for the flashlight, i get a pen. I need a pen more often, should i put more pens in my pocket? I tried putting the flashlight in another pocket, but it seems to migrate to the pocket with the pen, in some mysterious manner. I have tried other flashlights. Although they don't feel as much like pens, they have buttons which are either unreliable, or will accidentally turn on while in my pocket. I've stumbled on a flashlight with a really good button - but it really feels like a pen. It's also an LED light, using AAA batteries. So it's small, and batteries last a long time. From time to time, i crawl under my desk and have to plug stuff into my computer. I also do amateur astronomy, and it's sometimes handy to have a light in the dark. I was thinking of it as a probability problem. You know, if i use the flashlight 10% of the time, does it make sense to have 9 pens to one flashlight? Or will that just mean that when i want the flashlight, i'll have to pay for time saved looking for pens? This is, indeed, my most serious problem that can be attacked by simple mathematics. If i wanted a pencil, i'd have one in my pocket. No idle threat - i used to carry pencils - most often mechanical pencils. I just don't use them much. If i populate my work areas with pens and pencils, they migrate to less useful locations on their own. This isn't a mystery - i don't live alone. And it's also a problem at work. The flashlight does not fit on the ear. Neither does a pen. I wear glasses. I don't always wear a shirt that has even one pocket. Pens and flashlights have to be clipped into a shirt pocket, else they fall out. Clipping them into the shirt wears out the shirt. I'm not going to wear a pocket protector. I no longer wear a calculator on my belt, though i'm quite a nerd, and proud of it. Wrap a piece of tape around the top of the flashlight...
When you feel the tape...you know it's not a pen....
or ...put the pens somewhere else....
Why do you need a flashlight to begin with?

If you were a fugitive, what would you pack? I know it's pretty random, and NO, I am NOT in any legal trouble. But I was thinking about when people go on the run in movies and books and they have about five minutes or less to shove stuff in a suitcase and disappear into the night. So what does a person pack? Boots? A good pair of jeans? Jacket? A flashlight? Pen and paper? If you went on the run, what practical things would you take and why? well after living in new orleans that is in hurricane country and having to evac several times you take all important papers - a couple changes of clothes and off you go!!!

Items to put in the center console of a teenage girls car? my best friend (who is a girl) is turning 16 next week. with it she'll be getting her license and a car. for her birthday i want to give her a "car kit". basically a box of tons of small things to put in her car (ie. chapstick, mints, pen, flashlight, etc). do you have any ideas on what to put in there? please help me. i can only think of 4 or 5 things. Awesome, what friend doesn't want unnecessary clutter and junk in her brand new car!
