Have you ever seen this, I think it is hysterical and I don't believe it either ? Hospital Cost Cutting Measures To: All Hospital Staff The Glasgow Royal Infirmary has decided to cut costs. Effective April 1 this hospital will no longer provide security. Each charge nurse will be issued a .38 caliber revolver and 12 rounds of ammunition. An additional 12 rounds will be stored in the pharmacy. In addition to routine nursing duties, Charge Nurses will rotate the patrolling of the hospital grounds. A bicycle and helmet will be provided for patrolling the park areas. In light of the similarity of monitoring equipment, ICU will now take over the security surveillance duties. The unit secretary will be responsible for watching cardiac and security monitors as well as continuing previous secretarial duties. Food service will be discontinued. Patients wishing to be fed will need to let their families know to bring something, or may make arrangements with Subway, Domino's, etc., before meal time. Coin-operated phones will be available in the patient rooms for this purpose as well as for other calls the patient may wish to make. Housekeeping and physical therapy are being combined. Mops will be issued to those patients who are ambulatory, thus providing range-of-motion exercise as well as a clean environment. Families of ambulatory patients may also sign up to clean the rooms of non-ambulatory patients for special discounts for their final bill. Time cards will be provided. As you can see in the "FROM" line above, administration is assuming grounds keeping duties. If an adminstrator cannot be reached by calling his/her office it is suggested that you walk outside and listen for the sound of a lawn mower, weed whacker, etc. Engineering is being eliminated. The hospital has subscribed to the TIME_LIFE "How to..." series of maintainence books. These books can be checked out from administration, and a toolbox will be standard equipment on all nursing units. We will be receiving the series at the rate of one volume every other month. We already have the volume on Basic Wiring, but if a non-electrical problem occurs, please try to handle it as best you can until the appropriate volume arrives. Cutbacks in the phlebotomy staff will be accommodated by only performing blood-related lab tests on patients who are already bleeding. Physicians will be informed that they may order no more than two x-rays per patient stay. This is due to the turnaround time required by Revco's photolab. Two prints will be provided for the price of one, and physicians are being advised to clip coupons from the Sunday paper if they want extra sets. Revco's will honor competitor's coupons for one-hour processing in emergency situations, so if you come across any coupons, please clip them and send them to the ER. In light of the extremely hot summer temperature the electric company has been asked to install individual meters in each patient room, office, etc., so that the electrical consumption can be monitored and appropriately billed. Fans will be available for sale or lease in the hospital gift shop. In addition to the current recycling program, a bin for the collection of unused fruit and bread will soon be provided on each floor. Families, patients and the few remaining employees are encouraged to contribute discarded produce. The resulting moldy compost will be utilized by the pharmacy for nocosomial production of antibiotics. The antibiotics will also be available for purchase through the hospital pharmacy and will, coincidentally, soon be the only antibiotics listed in the HMO's formulary. another star for you Suzie ?a wee something for you as you are a star?

Looking for bicycle graphics. Free non-copywite.? Anybody have graphics of bicycles, helmets, bike lights etc. that I can use on my upcoming retail website.. for free. I can offer thanks and perhaps a discount after the site opens???????? Be careful about snatching pics from the Internet for a retail site. If you take someones property, even if doesn't say copyright, it is still their property and it can be a mess. Some states like California have artist protection laws that protect their works, copyrighted or not. My first suggestion is go to Getty images and buy them. They're not that expensive and you avoid issue. But if you'd rather spend time than money, do a flickr search for images you like and ask the owner of the photos if they will give you permission to use them in exchange for a byline (listing the photographers name below the picture). If they say yes, keep the email as proof
Looking for a good bicycle for daily commutes. Any suggestions? I gave up my car in trade for a bicycle last year. At that time I bought some piece of crap bicycle that I got on discount at K-Mart. It was put together poorly, and I spent way more time than I cared to fixing it. It shifts like crap. My decision for buying it was based on the fact that it had fenders, a rack over the back tire, and a cruiser style that made it comfortable to ride. Now I want better.
I've been looking at bikes from Trek and Giant. But it seems like a struggle to find things within my price range that don't seem like crap. I know there's many good bicycle makers out there, and weeding through them is a pain. What I'm looking for is a multiple-speed bicycle with a cruiser style frame, fenders, racks (or the option to add racks), and disk brakes. I'm tired of traditional, suck breaks. I'd like to keep my price below $600 if at all possible.
The bicycle would only see light use. At worst I'd be hooking my trailer up to it for some shopping, which is an eight mile trip away. Any suggestions?

Angkor Mickeymo s photos around Siem Reap, Cambodia A TripAdvisor TripWow slideshow of a travel blog to Siem Reap, Cambodia by TravelPod blogger Mickeymo titled Angkor Mickeymo s travel blog entry: My hotel in Siem Reap was awesome the staff was the best so friendly and helpful. I rented a bicycle that evening so I d have it early in the morning. I had met a German guy and a Japanese woman on the bus and ran into them that evening so we stopped for a drink. I got up early and road out to Angkor and bought a three day ticket to the temples. The first day I did the East Circuit: Prasat Kravan Banteay Kdei Pre Rup East Mebon Banteay Samre Ta Som Neak Pean Preah Khan North Gate of Angkor Thom Ta Keo Ta Prohm This is the long circuit and it was a long day but my best day. There was minimal traffic and the bike ride was SO beautiful at one point I had a butterfly flying beside me for the longest time and then it drifted above me. It was like the scene at the end of City of Angels when Meg Ryan was riding her bike, her arms outstretched, the sun shining down on her face except of course without the awful accident with a vehicle! I felt so free and happy! On the road to Banteay Samre I passed through the village of Preah Dak it was both lively and lazy all at the same time! Lots of naked kids running around, fruit stands, homemade baskets, dads or moms bathing kids, people visiting and various nomadic livestock. The bike gave me a chance to connect more with the people to say hello and wave. My favorite
Nikon L120 DISCOUNT LINK WWW. Customer Reviews: I recieved this camera just a couple of days ago. Wow what a fantastic surprise! My two previous digital cameras were a Panasonic Lumix DMC LZ10 which I purchased in 2009 for a bicycle tour. While the camera had a lot of good things going for it a couple of problems stuck out which I could not tolerate. 1st and foremost it was very poor in bad lighting and the flash did not compinsate. 2nd..it really needed to be held steady any movement created a blurry picture. Declining light only made the issue worse. My other digital is a Nikon Coolpix 4300 which I bought 6 or 7 years ago to handle an online website. I love that camera, great pictures. good in bad light, not much zoom capability but could deal with that. The big problemIt was designed with an odd memory card which is hard to get and did not hold as much as comparable cameras today. I still use this camera for my website. Good luck with Nikon and poor luck with Lumix I decided to chance another Nikon. Wow again..quick focus, Holds a common SD card, great zoom capabilities, and best of all it opperates very well in poor light conditions, in fact I forced a poor light condition under my desk with no flash and worked beyond belief! Add to those good reviews the fact they have redesigned the zoom key and placed it on the left side on the lens (can you say 35mm like)long, long, long over due. If your thinking about onemake the plunge. A+A+A+ I couldn t wait until this
