CSS boxes trouble? I'd like to program in css that my css div's are at the same size either in width or height. This without looking at the content of the div box. Usually css looks at how many content you have in your div box and makes the size just accordanly the text. How do I fill out schedule D? I received a 1099-B with 6944.52 in box2. My father died several years ago & we found out he had stocks. I transferred them into my name in May & sold them the next week. I'm totally confused with schedule D. Is there a sample for dummies? You will enter the amount and name of shares,date acquired, date sold ,cost of stock and sale of stock.
You will enter inherited for the date acquired. The cost of the stock is the fmv as of the date that your federal died . The date sold is reported on the 1099B. the sale price is the $6944.52 from box 2 of the 1099B.
Inherited property. If you inherit investment property, your capital gain or loss on any later disposition of that property is treated as a long-term capital gain or loss. This is true regardless of how long you actually held the property.
Your basis in property you inherit from a decedent is generally one of the following.
The FMV of the property at the date of the decedent's death.
The FMV on the alternate valuation date if the personal representative for the estate elects to use alternate valuation.

i want to insert only integer value in Textbox in asp.net, how can? i am doing .net from myself. i want to insert only interger & char value into (Textbo1.text) & (Text box2.text) in asp.net for that what i have to do? Example:- textbox1.Text = values will be integer type(1,2,3,4,5) textbox2.Text = values will be Char type(a,b,c,d,e) use a validation tool or using a Regular Expression so that whenever you enter something in the TextBo, and when it looses focus, you can set it to validate the input.
If input is valid, nothing is displayed. If not an error message is displayed.
Search for the validation tool in the Toolbox.
