Do i need to register a 110cc custom mini sportbike? I just got a custom 110cc mini sport bike, and was wondering if I need to register the bike? or get a title for it? It goes 60 MPH or at least on the speedometer it says 70 MPH. Thanks I doubt that it is street legal in most states. If it is street legal you must register it to get a tag.

Custom Mini Chopper bike services? Does anyone know where abouts in sydney australia where there are any specialty bike service centres that deal with custom mini choppers? Don't really know anything much about mini choppers and can only suggest that you phone a few bike dealerships and ask them. If they don't do the service they may know someone in Sydney who does.

I'm starting a custom motorcycle and powersports shop and I was wondering how to get brands on board? I am opening up a shop and have been in contact with K and N air filters but I also need some other good resources for ordering parts and such. I also have Jireh cycles........I will be dealing with dune buggies, race cars, atvs, moped, motorcycles, scooters, mini bikes, go karts and more. I need some good places to get dealer catalogs from are you sure you're ready to run your own shop?

where can i get a custom drive sprocket for a custom mini dike? hi i have a baja motorsports doodle bug mini bike and it has a yamaha 125cc 4 stock 5 speed swap.i did every thing in a shop where i work.The only thing is I have to use a dirt bike sprockets because of the 420 chain.When i first made the bike i used the sprocket off the yamaha 125TTR dirt bike i had.Now the sprocket was almost as tall as the tire on the doodle bug and all it did was wheel even in 5th i only have to pop the clucth.Then i got a sprocket of a 125 pit bike it was about half the size so it help a little.I stoped the wheeling by making my own wheelie bar for it.I have had the bike up the 62 mph using a gps but i had to let cause there are no long roads around where i can ride the gears outs.BUT i still need a smaller sprocket because i can feel that the bike can keep accelerating in all of its gears but i have to shift up because of the large size sprocket and small tire combo.I cant get the tall of a tire because of the size of the mini bike.SO where can i get a small 420 drive sprocket for my mini monster LOL.. Try someone like Tucker/Rocky motorcycle parts first. They are like Grand auto, and have all kinds of stuff you would never imagine. 420 chain isn't *that* oddball a size.
If that doesn't work, you *can* get a smaller 520 sprocket that matches the splines (this is mondo important) and have someone mill it thinner to fit the 420 chain. This is 'spensive.
OR... and this is what I'd do - change it out to a 520 chain. Find drive and wheel sprockets that match your output and rear wheel. Then get a 520 chain (you may have to shorten it to fit) and then even IF you want to change sprockets further, you're dealing with a more common sprocket size, AND you have a little extra "beef".

I have a 1999 Sportster Custom 1200XLC? and i would like to put a dual Gauge bracket on it but i am having trouble finding one. the fact the bike is a custom makes it so most will not fit, i don't need answerers like try ebay or crap like that please be specific. also i need the wiring plug for the tach as well if any one knows where i can get one of those oh and i dont want a stupid mini tach bracket either to matt m custom is a type of bike harley makes for example ford makes the f150 xl ( its the standard no frills truck) the xlt ( has all the toys) xlt lariat ( the wester design) ect... for harley sportster custom 1200xlc is a type of bike it has a lot of the chrome and more of the higher end cosmetic parts first locate the guages that you want to use. Then decide exactly how you want them mounted, this is a custom motorcycle correct, them decide on the look and styling your after. Purchase 16 guage steel, lay out the steel for bends, cuts etc. after your fabracation of your new duell brackets make sure you clean it up real pretty, then you will need to find a chrome shop to send it to for chroming or try Drag Specialities they most likely have something like what you are after already made and most custom bike shops carry thier line. Most bikes custom or stock have duel guages all you need is a fat wallet and start hittin the custom bike shops, they will find what you want I promise, Just dont forget the wallet.

How do I make my Baja Mini Bike exhaust louder? I have an early 2000's baja mini bike that I just got and am looking to get it louder. It is a little rough being somewhat older but I was looking for any custom exhaust ideas to make it near obnociously loud. I cannot weld anything but am open to most ideas. Any Ideas??? I live in the country and would be riding around the fields so too much noise isn't a problem Try and remove the slip on from the header. Inside of that should be a baffle that you can remove. You might get lucky and it is designed to come out with only a bolt holding it in. Or you may have to take a hammer and chisel in there to break off any spot welds.
Other option would be to go to a cycle salvage yard and see if the have any straight pipes off of a wrecked bike that you could alterate to fit yours.

Mini bike engines - reccomendations? Basically I build custom go-karts/mini track cars and need some engine help. Looking for a 125/150cc single cyl. With at least 4 speed. Ideally a semi auto, water/oil cooled and a starter motor.. Most of the engines I have found don't have all of these features.. Can anyone with a bit more knowledge point me in the right direction? The engine you have is a horizontal 110cc under the fake plastic v twin cover..
they market the DADDW 50 and 100 which uses the same engine and they make their own aftermarket exhaust and accessories.

how much would a mini bike worth? This mini bike has a 3.5 motor, with a custom chrome pipe. The tires are okay. it has a white custom seat. just needs a new throttle. I WILL GIVE U FIFTY BUCKS FOR IT
