Is Cree the only company that makes Leds that replace all light bulbs in the home? Is this the cheapest lights? Probably NOT. I spoke to them and asked them If they were in Costco, and he did not even know. They do work with GE Lighting. Their two competitors are Phillps and another company by the name of Nicha.

where do I find help with relationship issues? Husband's son getting married. At shower he brought fiance, mother, mother in law and 4 grandmothers flowers & I sat like a fool with nothing. My husband was angry when I told him but his attitude changed the day after when he spoke with his sister & she asked him how he'd feel if his son had bought both him and his step-father a gift? (his step father is the one who cheated with his mother & later on they each divorced and married eachother) My husband & I have been together 13 years & married 9. His son is now 26. I was told that if he'd gotten me flowers, hell would have broken out! My husband's sister compared me to my husband's ex & her ex & related with why I didn't receive flowers. I was compared to both their ex's who cheated on them & it became a political issue. All I want to know is that he cares. I had a rude awakening to "what my place is". I have to go to ex-wife's house after church & I'm devestated over all. The worst is no support from hubby. EDC flashlights? or favorite flashlights? I never see any flashlight questions on the hunting section... (besides the dude wanting to mount a light to his shotgun). Whats your favored flashlight? If you would have asked me this a good few months ago i would have said my standard AA mini mag light. But Here last month we went through a period where snow knocked out our power for a good 2-3 days, while the maglights kept working they were pissing me off because i had to change the stupid light bulbs or they just werent lighting up enough. So i did some research and studied away and saw guys were really like these new Cree LED lights. I looked at SureFire and saw what people had to say but from what i picked up, while they are good lights they just arent worth the money and guys were talking about Fenix and 4Sevens as coming up to being serious competition for Surefire. I went and picked up a Fenix LD20 and ive got to say. It is well worth the money and now im curious why i never looked at these types of flashlights before. Its my first investment in a flashlight but im happy and hell its bright enough i would use it for night hunting out to a good 100 you can see there eyes and im sure it would give you a positive Id on what they are out at about 40-50 yards. So whats your favorite flashlight? Oh wow, I am a flashlight maniac! I am not fooling when I say that I own about 50 different flashlights; everything from the little keychain LED lights that can fit into a breast pocket of a shirt, up to the 6 cell Mag Instrument lights.
These days, the absolute best value that I have found are the Coleman 115 lumen LED lights that sell for about $25 at most big box retailers. These things really put out the light and are small and compact enough that they can fit into your coat pocket. The battery life in them is pretty good and the bulbs are supposed to last a lifetime.

why is led lighting so expensive? ok so im thinking of setting up a frag tank with led lighting and everything i found was so expensive. im very good with electronics so i just thought id make one and i see the drivers are like 50 bucks and the led's are like cree leds are like 20-50 cents each. the total to make one would be like 80 when to buy it its 350??? why is it so expensive to buy a real one? Because LEDs are new technology for the aquarium industry, and because they are so energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing, businesses are going to bank on them as much as possible. They have done the research to gauge demand, and can thus charge a high price for such lighting.

For light bulbs, is a 125 lumen XENON bulb more bright or 250 CREE LED bulb brighter? Which one would u get? The 125 lumen XENON BULB because it gives off less heat and is brighter than the led

Can Children See Ghosts and Should I Worry? My toddler on several occasions now has told me it has seen ghosts, and in two different languages. One is a language that belongs to the father, its the cree word for ghost and the other in english. However my child doesn't know cree. The first time my child ever made mention she had seen a ghost was right after there was a summoning for a spirit. (Not by me...but by someone I know) Anyways its not the first time ghosts will have been seen in my house and family members talk about the shadows seen in my house walking in the dark that went away long before my child was born. I saw them but after awhile you convince yourself it was nothing more then shadows and tricks of the light. However recently my child began to react hysterically to absolutly nothing so I asked my child what happend and in a frightend and crying voice my child said ghost. It took 2 hours before my child would calm down... do you think its possible thats really what my child is seeing? Children can often see ghosts and other things that we can't, they are more in tune with the spirit world. There's no need to worry, it's quite normal and natural and not dangerous. Lots of people saw ghosts and spirits in the house I live in and we had them released from their entrapment. You could have the same done if the ghosts are frightening your child.

Have you made your own yard lighting? I'm trying to find parts and ideas for making my own yard lights. It seems that there's not much [affordable] on the market that throws a lot of light at low power consumption. I'm really dissapointed in the solar yard lights as they cast almost no light, and seem to be for accent than actual usable light. Have you seen any good ideas? I will probably use cree led's for the project, and I haven't decided between 1 watt or 3 watt. I also don't know if the heat would dissipate in an enclosed container. And how should I drive them? 4 volt supply? 12 volt supply and step down the voltage in each light? have you seen any examples that anyone else has done? i have been toying with this idea as well.
Right now, I am thinking about going with 10v or 12v conventional wedge lights, with higher wattage bulbs, and putting together a solar panel and car battery type det up to power them.
If I don't do that, i was also thinking LED and have been looking at a websight that is more inspirational than instructional, but well worth looking at. Lay an eyeball on what this guy has done to his place
