Parts for a Chinese mini-chopper? I recently bought a used mini-chopper. The 2 companies I found online (earthscooters.com, and Fastglobalsuppier.com/cart ) are wholesalers, and WON'T help me at all. They won't even tell me the name of the company that makes it. Does anyone know who "might" carry parts for a Chinese motor bike? And yes, I've exhausted all of my resources "Googling". Thx Thanks anyway TH, but I've already tried that. No one within the state, or any place else I've contacted seems to have the parts for the particular bike I own. *sigh* Back to the drawing board, I guess? check with a local repair shop, they will find you a match to the part and fix it
hopefully nothing major is wrong where you end up paying as much as a new one would cost for repairs

My Mini Moto wont start, its showing all good signs but its got no life...HELP!!!? Hi there, I have a chinese mini dirt bike and i bought a new engine for it, i used the rest of the fuel from my old engine in the new engine and it started fine. the fuel ran out so i mixed some 60:1 to put in...it didn't start...i have now replaced tis fuel with the origanal fuel 6:1 and still not fireing. The spark plug is wet with fuel, it sparks, the engine has good compression and it hasnt been started since i first got the engine. any suggestions would be really helpfull as i have no clue Thanks If the bike ran before, then it will run again. The only thing, as you stated, is a different fuel mix. That is where you want to start. 60:1 is way too much oil, engines don't run on oil, they run on gas mixed with oil Drain out ALL the fuel and put in the right mix. Then crank the engine over and over as you will have to feed the remaining bad mix until the good mix starts to flow. You might have to dry the plug as a wet plug won't spark. Paint thinner will aid in drying the plug as it cleans the oil/gas off of it. Consider this a lesson in motorcycles and learn from it. Good Luck

Mini dirt bike wont star!? :( Hi there folks. Bought a mini dirt bike 5 days ago unfortunatly it wont start. Choke is on, fuel valve is on, petrol is getting through as I made sure by bleeding it. I have renewed the spark plug as the other one I got with the bike was a rubbishy chinese one that didnt spark properly. The new spark plug seems to be in fine working order but yet the bike still won't start. I mixed the petrol with the 2T oil in the correct ratio 25:1 oil. It may have been a few extra ml of oil but nothing too noticable really. I am not very good at bikes therefore do not have a clue what to do when someone says something like "Take out the carb and clean it using cleaning thingy" etc lol. I only know basic stuff and so if anyone can help me by telling me what bit of the bike is faulty or the most likely to be please describe what it looks like and what I should do to it etc. Thanks a lot! :D Colin. My one took a lot of turning over to prime the carb with fuel. Ignore the 25:1 oil ratio and go for 50:1 using a lower grade oil for running in then move onto semi, then fully synthetic oil.
Is the air filter fitted correctly? Are there any restrictions in the exhaust? Can you feel compression when you pull the starter rope? If these are OK and you have the spark and fuel then it must be a faulty carb or carb setting. Try to raise the idle setting by screwing the left hand side screw on the carb in a few turns, try starting it with a part throttle opening. You can contact the supplier. Beyond that, cancel the credit card transaction on grounds of faulty goods.

What size is my rear tube if the tyre is 80/100-12, 41m,12"? i have a Chinese mini bike (125cc) and my rear tube burst. the rear tyre is a 12" and it says on it 80/100-12 , 41M. what is its tyre size so i can buy it on eBay or call a shop. Thanks. http://www.kendausa.com/_includes/Conversion.html
Allways use a smaller size inner tube, if you cannot get the required size.
Don't be concerned with the 41M
12" is the diameter.

Can you change an auto gearbox to a 4 speed with a clutch? I have an old chinese mini dirt bike and i want it to have gears and a clutch is it possible to change the gearbox? And where would i get a 4 speed gearbox (with a clutch) I don't want to have an auto there abit rubbish. Would suggest a complete engine with its manual box.
Or try to contact dealer of mini dirt bike perhaps they have manual boxes for this model.

Mini dirt bike keeps flooding, help please? I have a 49cc mini dirt bike, you know just one of those chinese ones to ride around on for fun. It wouldn't start earlier so i decided to have a look and i cleaned out the carb and put it back on. I tried to start it again but it wouldn't work so i took the bottom carb screw out for a look and noticed that when i turn the petrol on the carb floods. It seems the petrol is coming through to quickly, even if im not throttling the bike. One thing i do not have on my bike is a fuel filter, could this be the problem? Thank you for taking your time to help, any solutions would be greatly appreciated. so if i buy myself a new carbrettuer will that sort the problem if i can't fix this one? Either the float in the fuel bowl is sticking or saturated which keeps it from rising to the proper level to shutoff fuel flow or the needle and seat which closes off the fuel inlet has some debris lodged in it or a nick which doesn't allow it to properly shutoff fuel flow into the bowl. As fuel level drops, the float should allow fuel into the bowl and close the needle into the seat when it gets high enough. If either of those items is not working properly, fuel will keep dumping into the carb bowl and overflow. Buy a rebuild kit and replace those parts or inspect them very closely. A rebuild kit should have specs on what the float level should be...or call a repair center. If you have no filter, consider adding one or at least, strain the fuel you put in the tank (some funnels have thin-mesh strainers in them)...small pieces of dirt or sand can lodge in the needle/seat or clog orifices in the carb.

How can you make a MIni CBR Replica (125 cc Chinese Bike) Faster? I wouldn't tinker with it, they are not best known for reliability as they are.

Mini dirt bike chain snapped? So i brought a broken chinese mini dirt bike for £10, replaced the spark plug and stripped/ cleaned the engine and managed to get it going, however, after about a minute on half throttle the chain snapped. It looked in good condition before, but now the snapped link is quiet twisted and, obviously snapped and broken. I've order a whole new chain but would it be wrong to just put the new chain on, or should i be investigating it? Could wheel alignment have caused this etc...? What do chain tensions do and how do they work also, as i do not have any? I do not know much about motorcycles, only i used to have a 1/8th scale nitro car and my knowledge of that allowed me to fix the bike's engine.
