We all know that the new car registration numbers since 2001 were changed twice a year giving the vehicle the year in which it was registered using a zero for march then a 5 for October. i.e. 2002 car would read AB02 ABC and AB52 ABC 2003 car would read AB03 ABC and AB53 ABC 2004 car would read AB04 ABC and AB54 ABC and so on.....
