Re: Denied a lawyer? I was pulled over by the Marshall University Security on 14th of November in Huntington West Virginia about 6:30 in the afternoon. They said I was weaving on the road which I turned at the corner of 16th street and proceeded to the far left lane. I cut away from a construction site on 5th avenue to avoid a rut created by the construction. They also said that I had defective equipment which I had proof to the contrary. The Judge would not look at my evidence. They turned on their spotlight through the back window which blinded me. This can be confirmed by my witness in the automobile. They also accused me of being drunk which this would be impossible because I do not drink. I attended a hearing and the Judge would not accept my evidence. Also I said to call my witness which he refused. My witness could not attend the hearing because she had a total hip replacement. It was also stated that the Marshall University Security offered me a deal which was totally false. Ok...so what is your question. Appeal the decision.

I have to right a 1400-1600 word research paper, help with topics? Okay I have to write a 1400-1600 word research paper. I'd like an easy topic, but something that I would be able to right about 1500 words. I'd like to write all day today and tomorrow so that it can be done. Here are a few topics I came up with, but I'd like to know your opinions, which sounds best, and any other ideas? -Should prostitution be legalized? Under what conditions? -Because celebrities are so often in the public spotlight, do they have ethical responsibilities to set good examples for young people? -Should the legal requirements for obtaining a search warrant be changed? -If an officer finds something that he was not looking for (e.g., narcotics in an automobile that was being searched for firearms), why should or shouldn't the officer have the right to take the accused into custody? Consider the issue of "reasonable suspicion" in your discussion. -Should people under eighteen years of age be required to have parental permission to get tattoos and piercings? -I might research a disease… but what kind??? Legal requirements for search warrants change? Only if you dont care about your ameneded rights. Remember that search and seizure thing? Homeland Insecurity has already taken too many away--Id advise against it.
Peircing age change? Sure, why not? However, its an age of consent deal, ie 18. Dont think thats going to change too soon.
Research high blood pressure and alternative cures. Lots of info there. Also diabetes. Both these maladies are easily curable (excluding type two insulin dependance, and even then Ive seen recoveries and complete cures. Secret is lignin). ; )

How do ya' get rid of moths, OUTSIDE? I'm a "shade-tree mechanic" (novice automobile maintainer / fixer-upper) & do must of my work @ night, due to my work schedule. I prefer working outside the garage during the nice, warm Georgia months if I can help it so, working in the driveway at night, I use outdoor spotlights. The problem is that, in this part of the U.S., when you mix warm weather w/ the out of doors + bright spotlights, you get moths (as well as other winged & annoying-- sometimes stinging/biting bugs[!]) The little yellow, light bulbs-- the ones that don't attract bugs-- aren't even CLOSE to bright enough to do my work, and I've already tried the candles, incense-type, as well as tikki-torches that contain citronella &/or other burning/smoking repellent chemicals &, these simply don't work; aside the fact that they make ME feel sick after about an hour of smelling the stuff! Various personal bug repellents ("Deep Woods OFF", "Cutter", "Avon Skin so Soft", etc) are all great for repelling mosquitoes & such (not fleas, though... Any ideas, there?) HOWEVER, they keep most-everything from touching my body, EXCEPT for the freakin' insects that the lights attract. I've thought of the option of (a) "bug-zapper(s)" (blue electric lights that electrocute or "zap" the insects, when they come into contact w/ the lights) but, aside the fact that they're a bit "trashy", they'd only take care of a small fraction of 'em, b/c the pests would be more attracted to my brighter spotlights. --Anybody have any home-remedys, or otherwise, that I haven't tried yet? Blowing a fan on you and one on the door might work.
Moths do not like cedar. in some form you could find it. Maybe some cedar chips close to you.

Thanks for reading and thanks for the help! i think you should do teen dieting and how they do fad diets or starve themselves. there is so much information about that stuff i just got an A- on a 2000 word essay in my college class it took 4 hours because there is so much information out there.

Cultural camaraderie; do you feel it? In America, we like to separate everyone into their nice, neat little paradigms. We like to make distinct small differences, and put them under spotlights. Peanut butter was invented by a black man. A white man invented the internal combustion engine. A Native American was the first to establish a written language in the Americas. A Belgian pioneered the atomic bomb. Blah, blah, blah. Each of these accomplishments are adulated in great measure by the nation that birthed the creator of each. But, what if they aren't your race? Does knowing that an American, but not a BLACK American, invented the automobile, in ANY way, diminish that shared pride for you? Does knowing that a black American, but not a WHITE one, invented peanut butter enhance that accomplishment at all? Cannot a white American take the SAME amount of pride in a black innovation or invention that a black man could, in the month of February, on George Washington Carver day? Or, are inventions, discoveries and innovations ONLY the sole property of those who share the same ethnicity as the person who made the discovery in the first place? Which is it? Absolutely Not, they all deserve equal praise and recognition. They are all contributors, to our world as we know it today. Race means NOTHING to me in terms of recognizing people's accomplishments.
