Modem Power Backup using AAA / AA Battery? Hi, I need a power backup solution for my modem, I dont want to buy an UPS for that, I have seen an video where someone suggested the way to run TV using AAA battery for some time. Here my need is to run my modem for max 5 min. when the power goes, when the power goes my rechargeable battery should start running the modem and when it comes back the modem should switch to the direct electricity and the battery should start charging. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYFH5r8VGyc shows how to run your TV using AAA cells, well if we can run TV then why cant we run a modem which consume much less power then TV. There is not enough power in AA cells to power a modem let alone AAA cells.
Check the wattage for the modem and you will see that you are wasting your time.

Is the TNA ring the same dimensions as the AAA ring? Im a big wrestling fan. Both TNA and AAA use six sided rings, but at least on tv the AAA ring seems to be bigger. Was bringing in talent from American a good idea for AAA? Over the past year or so AAA has been bringing in talent from up North. Most of them are from the indys or ROH or were released by the "big companies".
