Nothing is wrong with it.
They both probably have different motors.
The Ezip 900 probably can pull more weight and go longer.
The Schwinn 500 can probably go faster but not as long.
It's like having a 4 cylinder car vs a V8.
The V8 will get you there quicker and can haul more weight.
But the 4 cylinder can go farther with less gas and not a lot of weight and it will take more time.

how do i hold the 4 brushes in at the same time while re assembling 36 volt 500 watt scooter motor?
I usually put the brushes in their perspective slot and leave them as far out as possible so the springs will rest against the side of each brush , but don't put the springs on top of them, i leave the springs leaning against the side of the brushes ( this holds the brushes in place while getting the armature through the brushes ) until i have the armature installed just far enough that all the brushes will come into contact with the commutator once the springs are in the right place , but not all the way in at this point.
Then take some small appropriate tool and reach inside to push the brushes down past the springs
( you might have to use two tools , one to lift the springs and one to push the brushes down ) the springs should slide over the top to their proper position. sometimes you have to do it several times before you get it right . ( caution , Must be PATIENT or blood starts to boil) Good luck

Watt is just a power rating whereas watt-hours is an energy capacity rating. Assuming it's 500 watt hours, it could theoretically be charged in 15 minutes (quarter hour) since 2000 watts is the max load of a typical house circuit on a 20A fuse. Of course that assumes you have a charger that is maxed out in size and 100% efficient. That's unlikely to be the case. You can read the watt rating on the charger itself to get an estimate. For example, if it says 500 watt charger (pretty big) then you can do it in one hour if the charging system is 100% efficient. In any case, manufacturers never make you play these games. The marketing literature for your scooter will almost certainly tell you the charge time under typical conditions.

If it has 500 watts, at 48 volts, then it requires 10.5 amps, so the amount of time required to charge it will depend on the type of battery, and the output of the charger, if you look on the charger, it should give you a rating in ah, or mah, which is Amp hours, or miliamp hours, if the charger is rated at one amp hour, then it will take 10.5 hours, if it is rated at say 1500 Mah, then it will take 7 hours (7 times 1.5 is 10.5)
